Delivery Estimations:

Switzerland & Liechtenstein:

• Orders before 5 PM on weekdays: Delivered in 1-2 working days.
• Urgent orders on Fri before 5 PM: Delivered Saturday.
• Weekend orders: Delivered Tuesday.

Germany & Austria:

• 4-7 working days.

Other EU Countries:

• 5-10 working days.

Note: No deliveries on holidays. Delays might occur.

Payment:

• Customers pay the selling price plus shipping costs.
• Additional customs fees may apply for international sales, and bank fees for foreign transfers. Both are the customer's responsibility.
• We cover credit card and PayPal fees.
• Payment methods include advance payment (Switzerland and EU-specific), invoice (only for Switzerland), credit/debit card (via PayPal), PostFinance Debit Direct, and TWINT App.

Shipping Costs:

Switzerland/Liechtenstein: 6.95 CHF for up to 30 kg. Orders by 5 PM are sent Priority, delivered usually next day. Orders over 70 CHF are free, but express delivery isn't available.

EU: 7.50 € for up to 2 kg (uninsured); 30 € from 2 kg (insured). Delivery takes up to 10 working days. Additional VAT, customs, and other fees for EU orders are the customer's responsibility.

Returns:

• Defective products should be returned with a copy of the delivery slip and a filled-out return form to enjoymedia.ch in Kriens, Switzerland. International returns should indicate "defective goods."
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
