Where is my order?

This applies to deliveries within Switzerland. The Swiss mail defines the delivery times and does not offer any warranty for the information below.

1. I ordered between Monday and Thursday PRIOR TO 5 pm: I will receive my delivery the next work day.

2. I ordered between Monday and Thursday AFTER 5 pm: I will receive my delivery the work day after the next work day.

3. I ordered on Friday PRIOR TO 5 pm: I will receive my delivery on Monday (unless the next Monday is a holiday).

4. I ordered on Friday AFTER 5 pm: I will receive my delivery on Tuesday (unless the next Tuesday is a holiday).

5. I ordered on Friday PRIOR TO 5 pm URGENT: I will receive my delivery on Saturday.

6. I ordered at the weekend (Saturday and Sunday): I will receive my delivery on Tuesday (unless the next Tuesday is a holiday).
